After a long and tedious year of work, we have some S.T.A.R.S. equipment to show off (and we’re still not even half done with the amount of S.T.A.R.S replicas we plan to make!)

The first character we’d like to showcase is the legendary Jill Valentine.

(Click for full sized image.)

For Jill, we wanted the blues of her outfit to match (with the exception of the shirt) so we started with the pants and beret, which are both common military navy blue. We crafted the shoulder pads out of plastic and vinyl so they actually feel armored – they aren’t though, so don’t go taking bullets in this outfit! We matched the seams and buttons of Jill’s shoulder pads as closely as possible, and mounted it on a black nylon webbing chest rig that has an adjustable elastic piece at the back for maximum snugness without losing mobility.

Jill’s t-shirt was dyed and the princess seams were added to the front as well as the S.T.A.R.S. emblem on the back. Lastly, Jill’s Samurai Edge was made by us using a cheap spring powered airsoft gun that was carefully repainted and fitted with custom S.T.A.R.S. emblem grips. This has almost the exact same look as the much more expensive Tokyo Marui Samurai Edge airsoft gun, the only detail missing being the engravings on the slide. However, this is a great alternative for S.T.A.R.S. costumers on a budget, as you can expect to pay upwards of $100 for the TM replica, but our replica would cost you only about $30!

We are still heavily under construction, and are hoping to have more images of our work up in the next week. We’re getting quite busy with custom orders that are needed before Halloween, so we haven’t had as much time to work on uploading pictures to the site. Please keep checking back often, as we will be filling out those links right under our banner at the top of the page as quickly as we can. Remember, if you’d like to place an order, you can always contact us!
